Privacy Policy
The short version
This is a pre-launch website for Base509 and our first product, PetAppro. If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address so we can tell you when PetAppro launches. That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't share your email with anyone outside the vendors that help us run the site and send the email.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Base509 LLC, a California limited liability company. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Base509 LLC. Our first product, PetAppro, is currently pre-launch.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers our websites — base509.com and petappro.com — while our products (starting with PetAppro) are pre-launch.
It does not cover the PetAppro mobile app or provider portal, which are not yet available. When they launch, a fuller privacy policy will describe how information is handled there, and it will be published before you can create an account.
3. What we collect
If you join the waitlist or ask to be notified:
- your email address
- the date you signed up and which page you signed up from
If you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write to us.
Automatically, when you visit: standard web server and security information — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used to serve the site, keep it working, and protect it from abuse.
We do not collect payment information, pet information, location data, or account credentials on this website. There are no accounts to create yet.
4. How we use it
- to tell you when PetAppro launches, and to send occasional pre-launch updates if you asked for them
- to respond when you contact us
- to operate and secure the website
- to understand, in aggregate, which pages people find useful
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Who we share it with
Only the vendors that help us run this site and send email, and only so they can do that job:
- Website hosting and delivery
- Email delivery for waitlist and notification messages
- Security and abuse prevention
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Base509 LLC or others.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist email addresses: until PetAppro launches and we've told you, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
- Emails you send us: while we're helping you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.
- Server and security logs: on their ordinary rotation.
7. Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any waitlist or notification email using the link in it.
- Ask us to delete your email address from the waitlist — write to support@base509.com and we'll remove it.
- Ask what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
You don't need an account to do any of this, because there are no accounts yet — just email us.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use only what the site needs to function and stay secure. We don't run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. Because we don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there's no such activity to opt out of.
9. Children
This website isn't directed to children, and PetAppro accounts will be for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
10. Where we operate
We're based in California and operate this site in the United States. Information is processed in the United States.
11. Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new version number and date. Before PetAppro launches, this interim policy will be replaced by a fuller privacy policy covering the app — and you'll see it before you can create an account.
