The short version
This is a pre-launch website for Base509 and our first product, PetAppro, which isn't released yet. You can look around and give us your email if you'd like to hear when it launches. Nothing here is a contract for pet-care services or for using the PetAppro app.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Base509 LLC, a California limited liability company. "We" and "us" mean Base509 LLC.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern the PetAppro app or provider portal — separate Provider Terms and Client Terms will govern those, and you'll see and accept the ones that apply to you before you can create an account.
3. The product isn't available yet
PetAppro, our first product, is in development and not yet released. Anything on this site describing features, plans, pricing, or timing is a description of what we're building, not a promise of what will ship, when, or at what price. Details may change.
Screens shown on this site are illustrative and use sample content. What the app looks like varies by provider, plan, and theme.
Money-back guarantee (annual plans)
Every annual plan is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. Monthly plans are non-refundable — cancel anytime and you keep access through the current paid month, with no proration. You keep access through your paid term; plan changes take effect at renewal.
4. The waitlist
If you give us your email address:
- we'll use it to tell you when PetAppro launches and to send pre-launch updates you asked for;
- joining the waitlist doesn't reserve anything, guarantee access, or create an account; and
- you can unsubscribe or ask us to remove your address at any time — support@base509.com.

5. Using the site
Please don't:
- use the site unlawfully, or to harm or harass anyone;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site or any system behind it;
- probe, scan, disrupt, or overload it;
- scrape or extract content at scale; or
- copy our content, brand, or design for your own product.
6. Our content
The PetAppro and Base509 names, logos, design, and site content belong to Base509 LLC. You're welcome to look at them; you don't get a license to use them.
7. The site is provided "as is"
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or remove anything on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — except warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything else applicable law does not permit us to limit.
8. California law
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of mandatory protections under the law where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a date. Before PetAppro launches, these interim terms are replaced by the Provider Terms and Client Terms, which you'll be asked to accept.
